Objective
To design a commemorative fan event that:
Celebrates the end of VIN Zhou’s R1SE era
Provides fans with immersive and sharable physical spaces
Enhances emotional connection through physical rituals (e.g., certificate stamping, farewell messages)
Concept & Theme
Avenir, meaning “future” in French, symbolized both closure and new beginnings.
The exhibition adopted the narrative language of a graduation ceremony, featuring photo timelines, interactive installations, and symbolic parting rituals. Visuals referenced campus architecture, soft florals, and nostalgic signage.
Visual Identity
Color Palette: Fan support color blue + white base + platinum accents
Mood: Elegant, ceremonial, emotional
Typography: Editorial serif + romantic cursive combinations
Branding Elements: Graduation ribbon, directional signs, personal quotes from fans
Spatial Planning
The venue was divided into 6 major zones :
Entrance Floral Wall: Greeting visitors with VIN’s cutout and symbolic signage
Main Photo Timeline: Documenting 2019–2021 events chronologically
Viewing Lounge: Fans could sit and watch concert/reality footage
Interactive Area: “Stamp your diploma,” write farewell notes, pose with life-size standees
Installation Zones: Visually fill negative space with sculptural elements
Ticket & Merch Booth: For check-in, wristbands, and staff coordination
Results & Impact
Over 700 fans attended over 3 days
Hashtag activity peaked on Weibo with 180% growth in fan engagement
Venue interactions and content output significantly extended fan memory cycle
Project stayed within a 25% optimized budget
